This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Foster relationships with health plan partners through timely and precise follow-ups.
• Address ad-hoc reporting and deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Extract data and perform comprehensive analyses.
• Manage client marketing materials, recurring metrics, and support documentation.
• Record detailed notes and follow-up items from client calls.
• Ensure deliverables are submitted punctually in accordance with client specifications.
• Assist complex, high-volume national clients.
• Create and execute strategic programs and projects aligned with healthcare business goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to define program objectives, scope, and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Partner with internal teams to achieve client program objectives.
• Regularly meet with stakeholders and clients to discuss requirements and timelines.
• Organize and present key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Fulfill client service level agreements (SLAs) for reports, deliverables, and member feedback.
• Aid in reconciliation efforts to meet or surpass statement of work (SOW) requirements.
• Document client meetings, including data entry, minutes, and action items.
• Supervise client marketing materials and direct mail campaigns.
• Monitor performance and complete ad-hoc reporting projects.
• Conduct quality assurance and manipulate reports based on client specifications.
• Provide updates and manage escalations.
• Submit and track tickets for client requests.
• Track, document, and formulate responses for member grievances.
• Offer account support for the Client Success Executive or Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of relevant training and experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel data skills.
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides).
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Experience in balancing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Ability to seek clarification in unfamiliar situations.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
