This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Responsible for the effective delivery of routine operational tasks and additional project work.
• Develop and manage governance processes to monitor client delivery, operational efficiency, risks, and issue resolution.
• Implement strategic, operational, and service objectives established by the Client Leader.
• Engage with clients at both operational and executive levels.
• Foster trusted relationships with clients and ensure transparency throughout the client delivery process.
• Confirm that client requirements are precise, up-to-date, and comprehended by delivery teams.
• Handle unique circumstances, participant queries, client escalations, and tailored requirements.
• Offer expert advice on intricate plan issues, modifications, projects, and administrative consequences.
• Promote collaboration and cultural cohesion between Alight US and Alight India.
• Supervise work execution and mentor, coach, and develop global team members.
• Act as the main point of contact for client-specific requirements among Customer Care, Shared Services, and technology teams.
• Resolve complex plan, operational, and delivery challenges leveraging deep Defined Contribution expertise.
• Identify, strategize, and spearhead process enhancement initiatives.
• Present and roll out new products and services tailored for aligned clients.
• Verify internal Client Acceptance Testing results and coordinate external Client Acceptance Testing with clients.
• Discover opportunities to decrease cost-to-serve while enhancing delivery efficiency and quality.
• Manage client contracts, maintain profit margins, ensure SLA compliance, and assist in discussions or negotiations regarding Errors & Omissions.
• Drive in-year revenue growth through project initiatives, expanded scopes, and upselling opportunities.
• Aid in renewal preparations by evaluating stakeholder sentiments and pinpointing opportunities for solution expansion or upselling.
• Extensive knowledge of client relationships and Defined Contribution (DC) domain.
• Proficient in project management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and timely delivery of complex projects with high quality.
• Demonstrated capability to guide teams through transitions.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in influencing discussions on intricate domain and technical subjects.
• Advanced management and organizational skills, encompassing project planning, execution, and effective delegation.
• Quick adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Ability to collaborate across all areas of client delivery and engage widely throughout the organization.
• Experience working in a global virtual work setting.
• Capacity to engage and lead geographically dispersed teams through inclusive and disciplined virtual collaboration.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to participate in video interviews with a camera-on policy.
• Occasional travel to a physical office location may be required.
