This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts, assisting the Client Executive and the wider account team.
• Develop strong working relationships with HR departments, benefits administrators, and consultants.
• Address client inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate internal teams until resolution.
• Keep account records, client communications, and action items updated in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Create agendas, monitor action items, and facilitate follow-up after client meetings.
• Handle eligibility updates, benefit modifications, plan configuration requests, and routine account upkeep.
• Collaborate with Operations, Eligibility, Billing, Clinical, and IT departments.
• Support implementations, renewals, and benefit modifications by tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Validate data and escalate discrepancies or issues as necessary.
• Track account performance metrics, pharmacy expenditures, and utilization patterns.
• Prepare quarterly business plans, financial performance summaries, and client-facing report packages.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiencies, and potential upsell or growth initiatives.
• Triage and resolve client issues while providing clear status updates.
• Escalate complex or high-impact issues to the Director of Client Management or the Client Executive.
• Participate in routine account team meetings.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client requests, decisions, and completed tasks.
• Seek opportunities to enhance processes, client experiences, and operational efficiency.
• Engage in training and professional development activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be accepted.
• 0-1 year of experience in account management, client success, or client-facing operations within a PBM, health plan, TPA, or managed-care setting.
• Experience in healthcare is required.
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefit operations, including claims processing, formulary management, eligibility, network configurations, and benefit plan design.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey complex pharmacy benefit information into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities with meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business applications (Microsoft Office, Teams).
• Experience in a transparent, pass-through, or PBM-optimizer organization.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar healthcare CRM platforms.
• Experience in supporting quarterly business reviews and client-facing financial reporting.
