📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain strong and fruitful relationships with both potential and current artist and label clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

• Utilize Zendesk to monitor client interactions and assess specific service level agreements (SLAs).

• Streamline communication with clients while serving as an intermediary among internal teams.

• Partner with Symphonic’s global team to strategize and execute tailored release marketing initiatives.

• Oversee daily release management operations, including adherence to metadata standards, production processes, ingestion, and removal of content.

• Strategically plan, oversee, and evaluate the financial performance of client partnerships, encompassing budget formulation, monitoring, and sales/streaming revenue assessments.

• Proactively identify potential issues and implement communication and tactical solutions to address them.

• Contribute to Corporate and Client Marketing meetings to support the business in developing and proposing new client opportunities.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Music or a business-related discipline, or 2 years of pertinent experience in a key client relationship capacity within a record label, distributor, artist management firm, publishing house, agency, or digital service provider (DSP).

• Demonstrated success in nurturing emerging artists or labels.

• Well-established relationships or connections within the music industry community.
