Navigation Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for clients concerning the delivery of Health Navigation services.

• Oversee reporting, define requirements, address service inquiries, ensure client satisfaction, and manage ongoing needs.

• Assist with change requests; this position is not sales-oriented.

• Function as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding Alight teams to achieve their goals.

• Foster ongoing relationships with clients and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders.

• Assess, manage, and resolve intricate operational and technical issues.

• Comprehend technology solutions to effectively meet client needs.

• Plan, organize, and facilitate both internal and external meetings.

• Collaborate with clients and the health professional team to ensure timely receipt of necessary delivery materials.

• Illustrate Alight’s value and set expectations regarding the delivery of navigation services.

• Work closely with the Health Navigation Team Manager on complex client and customer escalations.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for specific services and common client requirements.

• Partner with a global client delivery team to execute the client solution roadmap.

• Cultivate domain and operational expertise within the client team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree with 2 years of client management experience, or 3 years of experience in a client management role.

• Capacity to function effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Commitment and eagerness to learn continuously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in organizing work tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

• Skilled in managing client relationships effectively.

• Work authorization in the United States that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Willingness to participate in video interviews with the camera on.

• May require occasional travel to a physical office location.
