Senior Client Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in proactively identifying, addressing, and supporting client needs.

• Serve as the team's resource and subject matter expert when required.

• Assess client implementation needs and create configurations that align with business and client processes.

• Design and deliver training and educational sessions for clients.

• Host online meetings and conference calls to orient clients, showcase functionality, provide training, and resolve issues.

• Aid in pre-sales product demonstrations, project scoping, and proposal preparation.

• Document and systematize SOPs, process workflows, and statistical information.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, gather relevant information, create materials, present findings, and facilitate discussions.

• Recognize trends, share customer insights, and suggest solutions to management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical abilities to identify root causes of issues and apply innovative, effective solutions.

• Capability to analyze situations, conduct interviews, formulate questions, and explore for deeper insights.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Data management skills for analyzing data and making recommendations based on findings.

• Understanding of general business operations, production environments, and awareness of cost-benefit analysis.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to define parameters that fulfill business requirements and create documents outlining build requirements.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
