📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the complete implementation of Forma for new clients, overseeing the process from post-sales onboarding to a successful program launch.

• Assist in upsell and expansion efforts for current clients.

• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in HR Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, IT, and Finance.

• Perform needs assessments and outline the scope of implementation projects.

• Convert business requirements into precise, actionable project specifications.

• Create, manage, and sustain project plans, timelines, milestones, agendas, and training materials for clients.

• Monitor project progress and deliverables throughout the implementation phase.

• Identify potential risks and manage deviations to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and within project scope.

• Advocate for client requirements and feedback within Forma.

• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, customer success, or a related field.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

• Experience working effectively under time constraints.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across client organizations.

• Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for outcomes.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in analyzing and solving problems.

• Must be comfortable working in a remote setting.
