📋 Description

• Deliver consulting, training, and assistance to implement Sage’s cloud-based HCM solution for small to medium enterprises.

• Collaborate with HR and operations leaders during the discovery phase and requirements analysis.

• Create a clear and actionable understanding of clients’ HR, payroll, onboarding, performance management, and related processes.

• Aid customers in preparing, migrating, validating, and auditing sensitive employee data.

• Configure and tailor Sage HCM modules and workflows to meet client needs.

• Work in partnership with internal specialists and customer stakeholder groups.

• Ensure seamless, timely, and cost-effective implementations that align with customer goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, 3+ years of experience in HCM implementation; candidates with relevant experience who have led previous HCM deployments may also be considered.

• Experience with core HR and payroll systems in roles such as system implementer, consultant, administrator, or power user.

• Post-secondary education in areas like human resources, business administration, or technology would be advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• A strong enthusiasm for efficient and automated processes.

• A robust sense of customer empathy.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present confidently, ask insightful questions, and engage with customers transparently and responsibly.

• Bilingual skills in English and French would be considered a significant asset.
