📋 Description

• Offers assistance for the deployment and efficiency of products, services, and technical or business systems, software, or solutions.

• Aids in the formulation of project plans to establish success criteria for customers, oversee changes and resources, and ensure that implementations are finalized on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations.

• Educates customers on best practices and engages in onboarding processes to help them fully utilize FA products and services.

• May participate in the coordination and communication of timelines and progress updates to clients, external partners, internal teams, management, and other affected groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical abilities to identify root causes of issues and implement innovative and effective solutions.

• Capability to assess situations, conduct interviews, formulate questions, and delve deeper for enhanced knowledge and understanding.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Data management expertise to evaluate data and offer insights based on findings.

• Familiarity with general business operations, production environments, and awareness of cost-benefit analysis.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to outline parameters for meeting business needs; produces documents that articulate build requirements.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent to this requirement.
