Senior Civil Water Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive leadership for the planning, design, and execution of water infrastructure projects, which encompass treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage, and distribution systems.

• Act as a senior client partner, nurturing long-term relationships and assisting clients from the initial planning phase through to delivery and beyond.

• Lead and guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, establishing technical direction while promoting a high-performing, collaborative environment.

• Direct the creation of innovative and resilient solutions to intricate water-related challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensure quality standards, and drive consistent project outcomes.

• Contribute to practice growth through the development of proposals, strategic initiatives, and the enhancement of client relationships and market presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering discipline.

• Possession of Professional Engineer registration.

• Extensive experience in leading the design and implementation of water and/or wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.
