Senior Change Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee change management activities within a project or program.

• Facilitate the use of change management tools for designated projects.

• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to integrate actions into project plans and ensure their implementation.

• Provide reports on Key Performance Indicators to change leadership.

• Lead and facilitate the Cummins change management framework in alignment with licensing agreements and corporate directives.

• Work alongside project team partners to assess change requirements and plan roadmaps.

• Ensure the integration of change management principles and methodologies in project change initiatives.

• Manage outcomes to mitigate risks, support employee transitions, enhance future-state capabilities, and sustain change.

• Execute change management swimlane requirements, including quality review processes.

• Offer and support coaching for project teams and the broader business.

• Maintain engagement with business change leadership and the Corporate Change Management Process Owner.

• Assist in the collection and analysis of metrics to evaluate change management impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Change management certification is preferred.

• Proven experience in organizational change initiatives as a practitioner.

• Familiarity with project management tools and stages of the project lifecycle.

• Capability to apply the structured change management process and toolset from Cummins.

• Strong facilitation skills.

• Knowledge of Human Resources Consulting.

• Understanding of Organization Design principles.

• Proficient in Data Analytics.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance stakeholder needs.
