This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Support and/or establish client-specific casualty program strategies and implement them effectively.
β’ Review and provide guidance on risk and insurance programs, addressing technical inquiries and conducting contract assessments.
β’ Build and sustain market relationships for both new and renewal business opportunities.
β’ Customize programs for challenging risks and insurance needs.
β’ Assess market capabilities and identify potential markets for submissions.
β’ Prepare submissions and collect any additional necessary information.
β’ Negotiate pricing, collateral, policy terms and conditions, and draft proposals.
β’ Organize meetings between clients and insurance company partners.
β’ Actively seek out renewal information.
β’ Address client relationship, payment, claims, and E&O concerns.
β’ Work with analytics teams on loss forecasting, collateral evaluations, and program design.
β’ Collaborate with production teams on RFPs and presentations for prospective business.
β’ Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
β’ Travel as required.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Casualty Broker position is mandatory.
β’ A state-specific license is necessary.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Relevant broking experience with intricate casualty risks.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of actuarial loss projections and collateral assessments.
β’ Travel as required.
