Senior Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist with plaintiff personal injury cases from the initial intake to resolution under the supervision of an attorney.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.

• Manage a typical caseload ranging from 80 to 120 personal injury cases.

• Achieve or surpass settlement and treatment objectives while adhering to case lifecycle timelines.

• Handle communications with insurance companies, coordinate medical treatments, and manage claims.

• Collaborate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.

• Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date case documentation and activity records in Litify.

• Provide assistance with case-related tasks and legal support responsibilities.

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as required.

• Keep track of claim statuses and follow up on outstanding items to avoid delays.

• Guarantee compliance with firm protocols, documentation standards, and best practices for case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Background in handling personal injury claims, such as no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management abilities.

• Capable of working independently and managing a full caseload in a remote setting.

• Previous experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Contractors must provide their own equipment and workspace.

• Computer that meets the required Windows 11 or macOS 14 hardware specifications.

• Internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, with latency under 100 ms, on a private, password-protected network.

• USB noise-canceling headset with a microphone.

• Webcam capable of delivering clear video quality.

• Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, screen lock, and active endpoint protection software must be in place.

• All applicant data must be stored exclusively in firm-designated systems.
