Senior Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee plaintiff personal injury cases from the initial intake to final resolution.

• Manage communications with insurance companies, coordinate medical treatments, and oversee claim management.

• Collaborate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.

• Ensure accurate and current case documentation and activity records in Litify.

• Assist with case-related tasks under the supervision of attorneys.

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as necessary.

• Monitor claim status and actively follow up to avoid delays in case progression.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Proven experience in handling personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Background in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management skills.

• Capability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote setting.

• Previous experience using Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Contractors are required to provide their own equipment and workspace.

• For Windows: Windows 11, Intel i5 (8th generation or newer) or equivalent, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD; or for Mac: macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer, Apple Silicon or Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD.

• A dedicated device with wired Ethernet is preferred, or acceptable 5 GHz Wi-Fi, with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, and latency under 100 ms.

• A private, password-protected network is required; public Wi-Fi is not allowed.

• A USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone and a webcam capable of clear video is necessary.

• Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, screen lock after no more than 10 minutes of inactivity, and active endpoint protection software are mandatory.

• Applicant data must only be stored in systems designated by the firm.
