This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess eligibility for cases and outline project scope.
• Strategize for the requirements of each case.
• Develop and oversee project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Organize and supervise the acquisition of records and service provisions.
• Initiate requests for records and conduct searches.
• Facilitate communication between experts and clients.
• Monitor and document the progress of each case.
• Keep project records updated by recording events and completion statuses.
• Collaborate with experts to resolve project-related issues.
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide verbal and written updates on case statuses and information.
• Analyze results, track discrepancies, recognize trends, and propose actions to management.
• Deliver high-quality services to clients.
• Act as the primary contact for colleagues with questions or issues regarding cases.
• Assist in training new Case Analysts and conduct ongoing development sessions.
• Collaborate in the creation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, project coordination, legal support, or a similar professional services context.
• Proven experience in coordinating complex projects, managing competing priorities, and providing support or mentorship to team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Some college coursework or an associate degree is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, NetSuite, Egnyte, or other similar case and document management systems.
• Self-driven with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Must be a resident of the United States within the Central Time Zone.
