πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Conduct evaluations and analyses of construction and real estate management processes, controls, and compliance frameworks to identify opportunities for enhancement.

β€’ Review construction contracts, real estate lease agreements, and capital project performance to ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory, and industry standards.

β€’ Offer practical recommendations aimed at enhancing transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.

β€’ Lead fieldwork activities including data gathering, site visits, interviews, and documentation of findings.

β€’ Compile reports and presentations that summarize insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

β€’ Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to oversee projects, mitigate risks, and resolve disputes.

β€’ Assist clients throughout the real estate and capital project lifecycle, from acquisition and development to operations and disposition.

β€’ Oversee and facilitate project management tasks, including schedules, budgets, resources, and communications with stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of three years of progressive experience in construction management, real estate advisory, capital projects consulting, or related fields, showcasing expertise in both construction and real estate domains.

β€’ A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.

β€’ Proficiency in various stages of construction, including planning, pre-construction services, sourcing and procurement of contracts, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimation, project reporting, project closeout, as well as management of real estate portfolios, lease administration, and property operations.

β€’ Experience in conducting contract compliance audits, common area maintenance reconciliations, and performance monitoring for both public and private sector clients is preferred.

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to produce well-structured research, documentation, audit work papers, and client-facing reports.

β€’ Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% to support client engagements.

β€’ Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

β€’ CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE certification is preferred.
