Senior C# Developer – MS365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the team

• Collaborate with the product management team to analyze and define business requirements

• Create new product features, with a current emphasis on backend development

• Assess the effort required for feature implementation, including both costs and capacity

• Foster the development of both hard and soft skills within the team

• Make informed technical decisions

• Lead and engage team members in code review processes

• Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes learning and motivation

• Liaise with project stakeholders

• Establish and evaluate team communication strategies and processes

• Organize and facilitate regular meetings, planning sessions, daily updates, and retrospectives

• Over 5 years of experience in software development for commercial projects

• In-depth knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithms

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, along with self-discipline and accountability

• Proactive and results-driven mindset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Technical aptitude with keen attention to detail

• Effective communication skills

• Proficient in English, capable of interacting with international teams
