This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Navigate the boundaries of enterprise systems, transactional logic, and multi-system data flows involving both first-party and third-party tools.
• Document and design comprehensive system flows, functional integration requirements, and system configuration procedures throughout the customer and transaction lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary execution partner with the technical teams from Wiz and Google.
• Populate roadmaps with validated and prioritized initiatives, leading project delivery through the Kanban lifecycle.
• Identify process bottlenecks, system gaps, and friction points within the enterprise ecosystem.
• Recommend and promote scalable solutions that align with the business strategy.
• Lead the discovery phase for new integrated business flows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and configure solutions across Salesforce, core first-party product systems, and third-party applications.
• Build consensus and influence technical decisions across Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Finance departments.
• Oversee delivery from the initial concept through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout.
• Ensure that technical delivery addresses business challenges and provides measurable value.
• Establish and enforce project artifacts, system documentation, and Agile/Kanban methodologies.
• Offer direction, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Technical Consultant involved in large-scale enterprise transformations.
• 4 years of experience leading complex, multi-system initiatives.
• Familiarity with end-to-end enterprise workflows, including CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, Billing platforms, and Revenue Recognition processes.
• Experience in reviewing data models, integration patterns, and APIs.
• Proficiency with Agile/Kanban execution methodologies.
• Experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira and Jira Product Discovery.
