Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the growth of value-based programs within the Service Fund team.

• Collaborate with providers to ensure success in value-based initiatives.

• Report directly to the Associate Director of Business Intelligence.

• Aid in the creation, execution, and evaluation of new programs.

• Manage existing programs effectively.

• Employ advanced SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other technical proficiencies to enhance process improvements and oversee value-based partnerships.

• Perform research and generate monthly activity reports.

• Reconcile data and clarify its implications for both current and prospective programs.

• Create reports and fulfill ad hoc requests utilizing Excel, Azure Synapse Analytics, and various analytical tools.

• Assist in processing payments for value-based specialists.

• Support the assessment of new opportunities in value-based programming.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of data analysis experience OR a Master's degree with 3+ years of data analysis experience.

• At least 2 years of advanced experience in developing complex SQL queries.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with healthcare-related data, including provider or insurance data.

• Proficiency in Excel, encompassing pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formatting skills.

• Extensive experience handling large and complex data sets within substantial organizations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills directed towards senior and executive leadership.
