This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create reporting solutions by gathering, validating, interpreting, and structuring data into insightful reports and summaries for specified client groups.

• Enhance and maintain the reliability, efficiency, and functionality of current reports.

• Organize team request intake sessions to gather reporting requirements and establish project priorities.

• Suggest quality and system enhancements by examining data issues, refining data iteration processes, and collaborating with system owners to optimize upstream processes.

• Provide training to users and team members as necessary.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

• At least 1 year of experience working with SQL.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

• Proficient in analyzing and resolving problems using analytical tools.

• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.

• Familiarity with various other reporting technologies.
