Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable, automated, and user-centric analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports to facilitate executive decision-making.

• Establish, standardize, and consistently enhance business metrics and KPIs in collaboration with functional leaders.

• Propel cross-functional reporting and insights through dashboards, self-service analytics tools, and data visualizations.

• Assist with ad hoc reporting and analytical inquiries while enhancing scalability, automation, and self-service functionalities in Power BI.

• Design and refine Power BI semantic data models, encompassing DAX measures, calculated columns, hierarchies, and relationships.

• Investigate, procure, and assimilate external data sources.

• Connect and integrate data from ERP, CRM, manufacturing systems, SQL databases, spreadsheets, cloud applications, and third-party sources via automated data pipelines.

• Define and uphold enterprise-wide data definitions, KPI calculations, business rules, and master data standards.

• Oversee and enhance data quality through governance processes, validation rules, exception reporting, and root-cause analysis.

• Engage in master data management initiatives concerning customers, products, suppliers, materials, chart of accounts, and other essential domains.

• Collaborate across functions with Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, Human Resources, Legal, and Chief of Staff teams.

• Deliver insights and reporting for senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable discipline).

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence focusing on the development of executive-level dashboards.

• More than 5 years of experience conducting data analysis in Microsoft Excel utilizing various functions.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Excel.

• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Nebraska, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
