Business Intelligence Analyst, Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Deliver actionable insights on strategic operational initiatives through quantitative analysis, technical systems, and analytics leadership.

• Establish OKRs and create insightful reports and dashboards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical program managers to gather and process product data.

• Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to present product insights and recommendations.

• Standardize, maintain, and document metrics, models, datasets, and dashboards using Tableau, Confluence, Acryl, and code.

• Source and utilize data for time-sensitive and strategic decision-making.

• Work alongside leaders to implement and promote the use of dashboards and metrics.

• Track and enhance product performance in collaboration with product leadership.

• Evaluate and analyze product value and value propositions through metrics.

• Engage with data producers and consumers to ensure data quality and availability following product launches.

• Act as a trusted advisor and cultivate stakeholder partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis, developing dashboards and reports, and transforming ambiguous, disorganized data into actionable insights.

• Capability to think strategically and initiate, refine, and complete projects with minimal supervision in an ambiguous setting.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in writing, developing, and executing data deep dives and complex queries in SQL and SQL-like relational data languages.

• At least 2 years of experience with Tableau in developing and managing dashboards.

• Proven ability to create reports, metrics, and dashboards for analytics projects.

• Experience with data extraction, cleansing, mapping, loading, and operationalizing workflows in a production environment.

• Familiarity or practical experience with Generative AI tools is advantageous.

• Background in telephony, email, messaging, social media, or other electronic communications is a plus.

• Experience or familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and distributed computing technologies is a plus.

• Experience with BI reporting tools such as Looker is a plus.

• Experience with unstructured data is a plus.
