
Senior Business Development Manager – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and implement business development and market entry strategies for Germany and the wider DACH region.
• Discover and pursue new business prospects within hospitals, radiology groups, imaging centers, healthcare networks, and other medical organizations.
• Establish and nurture relationships with radiologists, leaders of radiology departments, hospital management, procurement teams, IT departments, and clinical decision-makers.
• Develop and oversee partnerships with distributors, strategic business allies, technology collaborators, and reference sites.
• Handle the entire commercial pipeline from lead generation and qualification to product presentations, evaluations, negotiations, and closures.
• Articulate the benefits of AIRS Medical’s AI solutions within the radiology sector.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams on MRI workflows, PACS, DICOM, hospital IT systems, and SaaS/cloud solutions.
• Plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives to generate qualified prospects and build relationships with early adopters and key opinion leaders.
• Assist partners with onboarding, training, pipeline development, and customer engagement.
• Oversee discussions regarding partnerships, sales strategies, target customer alignment, pricing, commercial terms, and contract negotiations.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor behavior, customer insights, and pipeline data to enhance commercial strategy.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting data, providing market insights to regional and global leadership.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8–12 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, partnership development, channel sales, or a similar commercial role.
• Fluent/native-level proficiency in German and professional fluency in English are essential.
• Experience working with hospitals, radiology departments, imaging centers, radiologists, or other healthcare providers.
• Capability to build customer relationships and navigate complex B2B or healthcare sales processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple customers, partners, and commercial opportunities at once.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude; able to work independently and take charge of the assigned market.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international, and rapidly growing organization.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally throughout the broader DACH region and Europe.
• Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
