Senior Business Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Execute intricate business systems and data analytics tasks to support departmental goals.

• Partner with both internal business units and external vendor representatives to develop business solutions.

• Formulate technology roadmaps in collaboration with business leaders across various departments.

• Record requirements, business rules, data standards, and technical specifications.

• Create design recommendations that adhere to architectural standards as well as federal and state privacy and security regulations.

• Lead design review sessions with oversight committees.

• Strategize, develop, and implement advanced solution designs.

• Produce application or extract program code, production reports, and analytical findings reports.

• Supervise junior analysts on intricate solution components.

• Direct planning for QA and user acceptance testing while engaging in testing conducted by business requesters.

• Design and instruct IT and business staff on testing strategies, plans, and scripts.

• Carry out testing procedures and communicate results to project stakeholders.

• Manage core reference domain content utilizing master data management tools.

• Oversee dataset quality thresholds and handle data remediation initiatives.

• Supervise production processes and troubleshoot issues through root-cause analysis and necessary adjustments.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
