📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with various teams within the organization, including Network Engineering, Operations, and Field Operations, to create data-driven dashboards, reports, and insights.

• Analyze complex data sets to address business challenges.

• Partner with colleagues to identify significant findings and provide recommendations.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, proactively tackling challenges and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.

• Develop tools using SQL and visualization technologies like Looker/GCP to enable teams to make informed decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience working with data sets, visualizations, modeling, and dashboards.

• 3 years of experience using data-based modeling to present insights to stakeholders at all levels.

• 3 years of experience employing SQL to transform raw data into actionable intelligence via dashboard technologies and data visualization tools.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., BigQuery, Looker) is preferred.

• Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Service Now and Salesforce, as well as network systems like Netcracker, Axiros, and Alepo, is preferred.

• Experience in collaborating with colleagues across teams to successfully deliver projects and prioritize tasks is preferred.

• Strong understanding of translating data analysis into actionable business recommendations is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences is preferred.

• Understanding of how systems and tools interact with data and analytics, along with the capability to collaborate with engineering teams, is preferred.
