Senior Business Applications Analyst, Yardi Voyager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic intermediary between Property Accounting and system support, overseeing and resolving Yardi-related challenges.

• Spearhead the administration and upkeep of the Chart of Accounts, which includes the creation of new accounts, modifications to existing codes, and comprehension of headers and totals within accounts.

• Provide support and troubleshoot the functionality of Custom Account Tree, encompassing setup and ongoing adjustments.

• Serve as the primary contact for finance and accounting-related implementations and modules, such as Fixed Assets, Construction Manager, Intercompany, Procure-to-Pay, and Payment Processing.

• Verify Trial Balance and AR data during operator transitions and acquisitions.

• Assist with corrections pertaining to BOM and Property Accounting ledgers.

• Offer backup support for Medicaid-related processes when necessary.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure that system access and role provisioning align with internal controls and audit standards.

• Collaborate with internal support teams to identify and address system-related issues.

• Support the AVP, Operations in creating and delivering training programs that ensure operations teams are proficient in Yardi system functionalities.

• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to aid strategic initiatives.

• Participate in agile and project-based workflows, contributing to the continuous enhancement of system processes and reporting.

• Expect out-of-area and overnight travel as required by specific projects associated with this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or technology implementation.

• Strong grasp of accounting best practices.

• Demonstrated experience in Yardi implementation projects.

• Preferred experience with Yardi’s Senior Voyager and related modules.

• Experience in Project Management and Technical Support.

• Preferred background in planning and executing system change implementations within a SOX environment.

• Valid passport and readiness to travel to the UK.
