Senior Business Applications Analyst, Yardi Voyager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic link between Property Accounting and system support, addressing and resolving issues related to Yardi.

• Oversee the administration and upkeep of the Chart of Accounts, which includes the creation of new accounts, updates to existing codes, and a thorough understanding of headers and totals for accounts.

• Assist in troubleshooting and supporting the Custom Account Tree functionality, encompassing setup and ongoing modifications.

• Serve as the main contact for finance and accounting-related implementations and modules, such as Fixed Assets, Construction Manager, Intercompany, Procure-to-Pay, and Payment Processing.

• Validate Trial Balance and AR data during operator transitions and acquisitions.

• Support the rectification of issues related to BOM and Property Accounting ledgers.

• Provide auxiliary support for Medicaid-related processes as necessary.

• Perform regular audits to ensure that system access and role provisioning comply with internal controls and audit standards.

• Collaborate with internal support teams to pinpoint and resolve system challenges.

• Assist the AVP of Operations in creating and delivering training programs on Yardi system functionality.

• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to bolster strategic initiatives.

• Contribute to agile and project-based workflows, fostering continuous improvement in system processes and reporting.

• Travel out-of-area and overnight as required for specific projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or technology implementations.

• Strong knowledge of accounting best practices.

• Documented experience in Yardi implementation projects.

• Preferred experience with Yardi’s Senior Voyager and its associated modules.

• Experience in Project Management and Technical Support.

• Experience in planning and executing system changes in a SOX environment is preferred.

• A valid passport and willingness to travel to the UK.
