This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of the generation, integrity, and delivery of commercial, customer, and performance insights for Spain and Portugal.
• Manage and provide data, analytics, and insights across commercial, medical, and market access sectors.
• Establish and oversee analytical frameworks for segmentation, targeting, and performance evaluation.
• Convert data into actionable recommendations and dashboards for leadership teams.
• Supply insights to inform marketing strategies and upcoming haemato-oncology product launches.
• Assist in the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Planning processes through proactive analytics.
• Facilitate forecasting, business planning, and resource allocation via data modeling and scenario analysis.
• Drive enhancements to performance tracking, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and field-force effectiveness analytics.
• Offer recommendations for optimization in execution and resource allocation.
• Evaluate and validate sales incentive plans, focusing on effectiveness, fairness, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Global Business Intelligence for the administration and documentation of sales incentive plans.
• Partner with local teams for field-force sizing and territory design.
• Provide analytical contributions to brand planning and launch strategies.
• Contribute to national brand plans and tactics that align with international brand strategies.
• Develop and implement sales-force-effectiveness tools and dashboards, and assist in training deployment.
• Assess the efficiency of customer engagement strategies and suggest improvements for field execution.
• Create frameworks for continuous improvement, benchmarking, and sharing best practices across affiliates.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a commercial or marketing support role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors, preferably in haemato-oncology.
• At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotech industries.
• Experience in Commercial Excellence, field force effectiveness, field sales, field medical, or field management is advantageous.
• A pragmatic, creative, and innovative mindset.
• Strong social skills and a capacity for teamwork.
• Ability to merge strategic thinking with execution to meet operational objectives.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and highly accountable environment with ambiguity.
• Proficiency in building relationships and collaborating across geographies, functions, and levels.
• Curiosity, strong problem-solving abilities, business acumen, industry knowledge, and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and technical skills in data analytics or quantitative analysis are advantageous.
• Experience in launching biotech or pharmaceutical products in the solid tumor oncology market.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A university undergraduate degree in science or business is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or Economics is desirable.
