Senior Business Analyst – Workflow Configuration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Organize meetings with client representatives to identify and document workflow requirements across all MITA functional domains.

• Create and configure workflow processes using the workflow configuration tool, which includes defining index fields, establishing queues, setting routing rules, compiling valid value lists, and managing user security.

• Support the development of test cases, generate test data, and evaluate test outcomes related to workflows.

• Aid in the creation of user training materials and workflow documentation.

• Provide assistance throughout the entire workflow solution delivery process, from design and development to unit testing and deployment in advanced environments.

• Play a key role in achieving client goals and enhancing healthcare operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in business analysis.

• Proven experience collaborating with the intersection of information technology and functional teams within an organization.

• Background in business processes and process re-engineering.

• Familiarity with computer programming concepts and basic programming languages.

• Ability to work from any location within the U.S.

• Requirement to use video cameras during all interviews and throughout the first week of orientation.
