Senior Business Analyst – Techno Functional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist US business teams while collaborating closely with technology teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Independently drive the requirements, solutions, and outcomes of projects.

• Cultivate robust business partnerships and provide significant business value.

• Collaborate with US stakeholders to comprehend business needs and convert them into precise requirements.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Collect, analyze, document, and manage both business and system requirements.

• Collaborate with development teams to implement business solutions.

• Lead initiatives with minimal oversight.

• Assist with testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional capacity.

• Familiarity with custom applications and enterprise solutions.

• Solid understanding of .NET, Java, Angular, and React technologies.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to work directly with US business teams and handle multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Practical knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.

• Ability to assess the impact of requested changes, enhancements, or defect fixes and recognize dependencies among requirements.

• Knowledge of standard process modeling notations and tools.

• Skilled in creating basic process models.

• Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools.

• Capable of executing complex data analysis tasks.

• Ability to lead data analysis workshops and evaluate business data.

• Familiar with standard process improvement methodologies and tools.

• Ability to identify basic opportunities for process improvement.

• Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques.

• Ability to manage fundamental stakeholder relationships.

• Awareness of solution design techniques.

• Capability to create simple solution designs using established patterns and guidelines.
