Senior Business Analyst – RFP

📋 Description

• Source and customize a three-tier business capability model

• Evaluate existing processes and the operating framework

• Identify challenges within processes and the operating model

• Convert insights into business requirements

• Create demonstration scripts and criteria for vendor assessment

• Ensure comprehensive traceability

• Provide on-call assistance

• Manage non-project tasks and enhancements

• Must possess end-to-end RFP experience

• Experience as a requirements-focused Business Analyst is essential

• Proven senior-level strategic business analysis experience

• Background in business architecture is required

• Capability to source and customize a three-tier business capability model

• Proficiency in assessing current processes and the operating framework

• Skill in identifying pain points

• Ability to translate analysis into business requirements, demonstration scripts, vendor evaluation criteria, and comprehensive traceability

• Competence in managing on-call support and non-project tasks/enhancements
