Provider Data Management Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Execute provider data management tasks in accordance with plan and contract specifications as well as standard business rules.

• Analyze and input data effectively.

• Review data using internet platforms and various systems.

• Utilize multiple systems and applications to ensure data completeness and accuracy.

• Oversee provider enrollment and updates to data.

• Guarantee the accuracy of claims and the provider directory.

• Address system issues through thorough research and quality checks.

• Enroll providers and practitioners into the provider data management system.

• Update providers and practitioners regarding claims payment and directory information.

• Conduct research, review, and update the provider data management system based on provider requests.

• Perform quality service checks on systemic data, including claims processing and provider directory information.

• Investigate and resolve problems as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or a high school diploma/equivalent with 1+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or customer service.

• Preferably experienced in healthcare operations, including claims processing, billing, provider relations or contracting, provider data management, or credentialing within a managed care, insurance, or medical office setting.

• Strong preference for experience in data analysis using Excel or similar tools.

• Highly preferred experience in provider enrollment.

• Highly preferred experience in provider relations.

• Strong preference for data management experience.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Outstanding time management abilities.

• Capability to handle competing priorities.
