This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collect, assess, validate, and document business and system requirements for Marketing and Marketing Technology projects.
β’ Convert marketing requests into problem statements, desired outcomes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Record content models, reusable content blocks, SEO fields, social-sharing fields, and governance requirements.
β’ Establish business measurement needs, dataLayer requirements, GTM configuration necessities, and GA4 reporting expectations.
β’ Assist in requirements for websites, landing pages, forms, content publishing, tracking, analytics, accessibility, and third-party tools.
β’ Document current-state and future-state workflows, process flows, data flows, and system dependencies.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering to clarify APIs, integrations, data mapping, performance, caching, and dependencies.
β’ Record errors, permissions, outdated data, and other non-happy-path scenarios.
β’ Work alongside Marketing, Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, vendors, and other stakeholders.
β’ Suggest changes and improvements based on analysis and assessment.
β’ Operate under broad guidance with significant freedom for independent action.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
β’ A minimum of four years' experience in Business Analysis, Marketing Technology, Digital/Web, Product, Mortgage Lending Technology, Compliance, Risk, or similar roles.
β’ Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
β’ Strong analytical abilities with the capability to simplify intricate workflows and requirements.
β’ Proficiency in producing clear documentation, including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data flows, and visual models.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong organizational abilities and the capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Ability to effectively collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
β’ Working knowledge of headless CMS architecture, particularly WordPress serving content to a separately hosted front end.
β’ Practical understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
β’ Awareness of SEO requirements for headless sites.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications.
β’ Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is preferred.
