Oracle EPM Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in gathering requirements for new EPM user needs.

• Convert requirements into process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.

• Offer configuration assistance for dimensions, forms, calculation rules, and workflows.

• Aid in the implementation of EDM and oversee metadata governance.

• Support testing and validation processes.

• Collaborate with agency technical leads, the DBA team, and Oracle Support regarding infrastructure-level challenges.

• Contribute to a high-profile Oracle EBS R12 solution for the Department of War, serving multiple customers.

• Assist business operations for civilian agencies and military services under the Department of War.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in implementing Oracle solutions.

• Practical experience with EPM cloud.

• Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis workflows.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Capable of obtaining an IT-II background investigation.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning, Essbase concepts, dimension design, and data mapping.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including tenancy and OAM/OID configuration.

• Preferred: Experience supporting Department of War financial programs, DLA, or similar defense agencies.

• Preferred: Understanding of PPBE budget cycles, fund accounting, and NGRMS reporting.

• Preferred: Experience with Fusion SaaS integration.

• Preferred: Experience working within an Agile delivery environment.
