Senior Business Analyst – International project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Analyze business processes and requirements

• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Support fit/gap assessments

• Understand system behavior, data structures, interfaces, and configuration boundaries

• Align business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams

• Drive end-to-end analysis across systems

• Identify integration points, dependencies, gaps, and risks

• Assist in designing solutions for payments, accounting, input/output management, and data flows

• Validate solutions with technical teams and ensure compliance with architecture standards

• Support implementation, integration testing, UAT, and go-live activities

• Prepare and maintain documentation for requirements, process flows, BRD, epics, and solution descriptions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience

• Extensive knowledge of insurance processes

• Strong analytical skills

• Technical mindset

• Experience with integrations and end-to-end solution design

• Experience working across multiple teams and functional areas

• English proficiency is required

• Education: Engineer/Certified
