Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Convert stakeholder goals and business needs into requirements for application features, workflows, APIs, and integrations.

• Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, data flows, and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.

• Develop lightweight wireframes and low-fidelity mockups.

• Collaborate with UX designers, UI engineers, API engineers, and AWS architects.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout both the discovery and delivery phases.

• Assist with testing by validating test cases, participating in UAT, and ensuring comprehensive requirements coverage.

• Facilitate integration and deployment readiness by validating end-to-end workflows and data handoffs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in delivering complex technical solutions.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements, use case requirements, data flows, and data transformation processes.

• Familiarity with APIs and experience with contemporary web and mobile UI concepts.

• Practical knowledge of AWS-based platforms and AI/IDP solutions.

• Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for business, technical, and executive audiences.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• CBAP or similar Business Analysis certification is preferred.

• Experience in public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is required along with significant relevant experience.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must be a U.S.-based resource due to state government restrictions.
