This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business challenges and devise appropriate analytical solutions.
• Design and plan straightforward to moderately complex business processes and system enhancements.
• Provide recommendations aimed at improving and supporting business operations.
• Collect business requirements through workshops and interviews; analyze and document intricate business requirements and workflows; relay requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop complex test case scenarios; oversee and monitor the testing of business applications to ensure client requirements are reflected in system designs.
• Create business requirements documents or user stories to facilitate necessary modifications.
• May organize, assign, and supervise the work of other business analysts.
• Comprehend systems and associated data to extract actionable insights, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Assist in estimating timeframes for project-related tasks.
• Help in refreshing process and procedural documentation.
• Acquire a basic understanding of the technical development cycle for mobile applications or web portals.
• Provide support during QA, UAT, and Release phases through defect analysis, change maintenance, and related tasks.
• Execute any other assigned duties.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is mandatory.
• Certification related to Health Insurance from INS/LOMA or III is an advantage.
• Familiarity with business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and using an Agile approach to prioritize work in epics and sprints.
• Proficient in business analysis skills such as facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within set timeframes.
• Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is essential.
• Basic knowledge of generating process documentation, documenting system functionality, data integration, and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical writing skills are a plus.
• Must reside in Thailand.
