Senior Business Analyst, Data and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Partner with clients to gain insights into their business objectives and requirements

• Create and implement business architectures that align with the strategic aims of clients

• Discover opportunities to utilize data and AI for enhancing business processes and outcomes

• Work alongside technical teams to ensure the effective deployment of solutions

• Perform gap analysis and suggest enhancements to business processes, including data governance

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to unify stakeholders around project objectives and deliverables

• Convert intricate business challenges into scalable data solutions, linking business strategy with technical execution

• Develop accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to enhance delivery capabilities

• Identify new opportunities to foster and grow client relationships

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis or product development, preferably in Data and Analytics

• Proficient in SQL for complex data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting

• Expertise in visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI

• Familiarity with APIs

• Knowledge of data management, analytics, and AI technologies

• Experience in client-facing roles within consulting or professional services

• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and build consensus

• Experience in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Data-driven decision-making skills with the capability to quantify business value and ROI

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills

• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Strong business acumen coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) is preferred

• Databricks certification is preferred

• Experience with business process modeling and analysis is preferred

• Background in data, AI, and governance strategy development and implementation is preferred

• Project management and leadership experience is preferred

• Experience in conceptual modeling and analysis is preferred

• Change management and stakeholder engagement experience is preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

• Selection of required English level is necessary in the application form
