Senior Business Analyst, BPMN, ADONIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collect and document customer requirements

• Assist in analyzing business processes, particularly in the finance sector

• Enhance processes through close collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Model business processes utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)

• Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation

• Evaluate business processes and pinpoint potential areas for enhancement

• Partner with business units and developers to execute process improvements

• Record requirements and processes in written format

• Contribute to the design and ongoing enhancement of processes (CIP) and tools within the business analysis domain

⛳️ Requirements

• Only candidates with permanent residency in Germany will be considered

• Proficient in German (C1) and fluent in both written and spoken English (B2)

• Experience in documenting and analyzing business processes

• Educational background in business administration and/or IT

• Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence

• Experience with ADONIS by BOC Group; knowledge of other tools like Signavio or Camunda Platform is a plus

• Expert understanding of BPMN 2 (ISO/IEC 19510:2013), evidenced by project experience

• Organized, self-directed work style and strong analytical abilities

• Outstanding communication skills with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly

• Openness to working as part of a remote team

• Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)
