📋 Description

• Foster collaborative relationships between business and technology teams to ensure a mutual understanding.

• Engage with stakeholders at the earliest stages to identify requirements, guide direction, and facilitate successful outcomes.

• Investigate, analyze, and confirm business needs.

• Articulate problem statements and desired results utilizing established Business Analysis methodologies.

• Identify and document business needs, requirements, and the scope of solutions.

• Generate clear, testable requirements while ensuring traceability from business needs to the value delivered.

• Work alongside business subject matter experts, architects, and engineering teams to develop effective solutions.

• Provide support throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders on initiatives focused on digital commerce and customer engagement.

• Enhance online customer experiences and overall business performance.

• Assist in measuring benefits and illustrating the value provided.

• Implement consistent Business Analysis frameworks, standards, and methodologies.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Business Analysis practice and its communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of business priorities, objectives, and expected outcomes.

• Proven ability to convert business needs into clear, testable requirements for both business and technology stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in digital commerce, eCommerce, customer experience, or similar customer-centric environments.

• Experience managing global or multi-market initiatives across various regions and functions.

• Familiarity with digital customer journeys and the technologies that support them.

• Experience overseeing requirements throughout the entire delivery lifecycle and aligning them with business outcomes and benefit realization.

• Knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks, standards, and methodologies.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• A collaborative, inquisitive, and results-oriented mindset that aligns with RS Values.

• Professional Business Analyst qualifications such as BCS or IIBA are preferred.
