Project Manager – Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project governance for client engagements, covering managed services contracts and program deliverables.

• Create and maintain project trackers, risk registers, status reports, and governance documentation.

• Administer project scope, schedule, and budget; identify deviations and escalate as necessary.

• Ensure compliance of project activities with SOW terms, including scope classification and timesheet management.

• Lead delivery of project milestones while ensuring accountability among team members.

• Act as the main contact for client stakeholders, including senior technical leads and business decision-makers.

• Conduct standup meetings, steering committee discussions, and client review sessions.

• Prepare and deliver updates on project status, escalation reports, and executive briefings.

• Manage workflows for multi-stakeholder approvals and sign-offs.

• Collaborate with ITSM leads, technical architects, application support leads, and business analysts.

• Clarify task responsibilities, eliminate obstacles, and foster accountability among delivery teams.

• Oversee resource planning and assignments within ongoing engagements.

• Assist in the onboarding of new team members and ensure alignment with project standards.

• Handle multiple workstreams across various programs simultaneously.

• Align project endeavors with strategic priorities and organizational objectives.

• Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Formulate mitigation strategies and escalate issues to the relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain an active risk register and ensure accountability for action owners.

• Produce project charters, SOW reference guides, timesheet policies, meeting agendas, status reports, and post-meeting summaries.

• Keep accurate, version-controlled project records.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, ideally within a professional services or consulting setting.

• Proven track record in managing client-facing projects and functioning in an embedded or resident PM role.

• Strong grasp of project governance frameworks, SOW management, and billing/scope classifications.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional technical teams (ITSM, cloud, application support, etc.).

• Proficient in project management tools and documentation platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner, and Miro.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.

• Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple competing priorities at once.

• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.

• Exposure to AI or emerging technology initiatives or transformation projects.

• Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated or complex stakeholder environments.

• Background in IT managed services, infrastructure, or enterprise technology settings.

• Understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and ticketing systems.
