Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop business specifications utilizing the SCRUM framework

• Conduct analysis for requirement gathering

• Evaluate new financial products for compatibility with existing platforms

• Assist the Finance team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Engage in negotiations with stakeholders/users and various IT teams

• Ensure project documentation is consistently updated

• Oversee regulatory reporting

• Collaborate with a wide array of technical and business teams globally

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English for effective communication with international teams

• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and financial products is preferred

• Experience working with Agile methodologies

• Understanding of GAP Analysis, process walkthroughs, and data quality

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent skills in spreadsheets and presentations

• Ability to work well in a team environment
