Senior Business Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide expert support for enterprise-level technical infrastructure as a leading technical authority.

• Evaluate and assess system requirements, development methodologies, process workflows, and areas for potential redesign or re-engineering.

• Oversee subsystem design and integration efforts to guarantee seamless system functionality.

• Detect, assess, and address program support gaps.

• Create frameworks for the integration and implementation of changes in technical standards.

• Assist in establishing and overseeing architecture governance procedures.

• Guarantee the consistency, compliance, and long-term viability of technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.

• Hold a BA/BS degree or possess equivalent experience with a minimum of 7 years in a related field.

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and capability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts.

• Possess a thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Have comprehensive knowledge of OMB Circular A 136 Financial Reporting, along with OMB bulletins and circulars.

• Exhibit extensive familiarity with the U.S. Standard General Ledger (USSGL).

• Have in-depth knowledge of Treasury reports such as GTAS, DATA Act, and SF 133.

• Experience with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Government Auditing Standards (GAS/GAGAS/Yellow Book).

• Familiarity with concepts outlined in the Financial Audit Manual (FAM).

• Possess a thorough understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with experience in an Agile setting.

• Ability to analyze, resolve, configure, and reconcile Momentum Financial reports.

• Capable of leading teams, training team members, and engaging with stakeholders.

• May have practical knowledge of project management.
