Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Standards partners to gather and evaluate business requirements for designated projects

• Assess the business implications of specified requirements

• Define current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes for each initiative

• Recognize project advantages and align them with strategic objectives

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Elevate issues for resolution to guarantee project success

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with essential business partners

• Create and present agreed project outputs and significant accomplishments

• Enhance project delivery within the team

• Effectively engage with teams across LGC IT and the Standards business division

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with considerable time in a Senior or Lead capacity

• Formal certification in business analysis and requirements specification at the practitioner level

• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM projects

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

• Competence with Jira and MS Visio for detailing business requirements

• Ability to analyze and clearly communicate the business implications of requirements

• Excellent communication skills with senior business stakeholders

• Highly organized, capable of defining projects and driving them to successful completion

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and project challenges

• Capability to work independently without supervision

• Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and address challenges
