Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Standards partners to identify and assess business requirements for designated projects.

• Evaluate the business implications of requirements and outline current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes.

• Determine project advantages and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and escalate issues for resolution.

• Foster and sustain positive relationships with key business partners.

• Generate and present agreed-upon project deliverables and key milestones.

• Enhance project delivery within the team.

• Effectively engage with teams across LGC IT and the Standards business division.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including significant time in a Senior or Lead position.

• Formal credentials in business analysis and requirements definition at the practitioner level.

• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM projects.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Proficient in using Jira and MS Visio.

• Capability to analyze and effectively communicate the business implications of requirements.

• Excellent communication skills with senior business stakeholders.

• Skill in defining projects and guiding them to completion as per the plan.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project challenges.

• Ability to work autonomously without supervision.

• Capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
