📋 Description

• Comprehend and convert business inquiries into structured analytical methodologies

• Execute comprehensive analyses to back commercial and D2C strategies

• Develop, optimize, and utilize SQL queries to explore business inquiries and engage with pertinent datasets

• Offer analytical assistance in areas such as pricing, promotions, and experimentation

• Aid in the analysis and interpretation of experiments and A/B testing

• Transform analytical results into clear, actionable business insights

• Operate autonomously to organize analytical challenges, identify suitable methods, and deliver high-caliber outputs

• Clearly communicate progress, findings, and next steps with the broader team

• Partner with the Analytics team to enhance analytical capacity and speed up insight delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a comparable analytical position

• Proficient hands-on experience with SQL, including the capacity to write and optimize queries

• Proven ability to conduct independent, comprehensive analyses

• Experience in converting business inquiries into analytical strategies and actionable insights

• Background in working collaboratively with analytics, commercial, or business teams

• Strong SQL skills and confidence in direct data engagement

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to grasp business inquiries and structure them into clear analytical challenges

• Capacity to work independently and take responsibility for analytical outputs

• Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate findings, progress, and subsequent steps clearly

• Commercially aware with the capability to link analysis to business outcomes

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to assist analytical tasks and enhance productivity

• Experience in pricing or promotional analysis

• Familiarity with experimentation or A/B testing methodologies

• Background in eCommerce or Direct-to-Consumer settings

• Previous involvement in trading or commercially oriented roles

• Experience in applying AI and automation to enhance analytical processes

• Comfortable in collaborative and international settings

• A curious, analytical mindset with a drive to tackle significant business challenges
