This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Engage with customers to comprehend their business needs and project objectives.
• Identify, develop, and facilitate modifications in process design through analysis and design of business and systems processes.
• Collect business requirements, perform needs assessments, and create functional specifications.
• Guide customers through the requirements process using techniques such as decomposition, prototyping, and current-state/target-state mapping.
• Draft statements of work, business requirement documents, user stories, process flow diagrams, and project plans.
• Convey requirements to development teams via specifications, user stories, statements of work, and other documentation.
• Spearhead test strategies that encompass test plans, test cases, and execution.
• Create training materials and deliver training sessions to customers and project team members.
• Organize and manage multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time.
• Oversee initial scoping, proposals, and resource coordination during the presales phase.
• Act as the customer engagement manager, ensuring delivery of the agreed-upon scope within the budget and timeline.
• Collect high-level requirements, draft statements of work, and facilitate estimation processes.
• Plan, execute, and finalize small to medium-sized projects as necessary.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and financials effectively.
• Coordinate and lead project teams efficiently.
• Track project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Utilize HBS project tools and adhere to standards.
• Engage in professional communities and technology-focused forums.
• Collaborate across various industries, functional areas, and business processes.
• Review and revise HBS standard methodologies as required.
• Travel occasionally to serve customers, up to 25% of the time.
• Achieve annual billable hour targets.
• Over 6 years of experience in software analysis and requirements gathering.
• More than 6 years of experience in implementing both custom and off-the-shelf business systems.
• At least 6 years of experience in User Experience and Usability.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Project.
• Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills for handling challenging conversations, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and managing complex teams.
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
