Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technology teams.

• Facilitate sessions for gathering and refining requirements.

• Create functional documentation, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

• Analyze processes and impacts to identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in managing and prioritizing the backlog.

• Collaborate with development, testing, and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate the solutions implemented.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives in technology and digital transformation.

• Engage in technology projects within an international context, collaborating with global teams and aiding in the advancement of critical platforms in the Financial Services sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level (C1/C2) for effective communication in an international setting.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex corporate environments.

• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Familiarity with User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Analysis.

• Strong skills in managing relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience supporting projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation.

• Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Investment Management, or Banking.

• Knowledge of SQL and Data Analysis.

• Experience with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).

• Familiarity with Systems and API Integration initiatives.

• Experience in Business Process Improvement.

• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies.
