This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct business analysis to assist project managers and business leaders in outlining project scope and objectives.
β’ Lead meetings with subject matter experts to prioritize tasks and organize work.
β’ Record meeting discussions and take minutes.
β’ Evaluate and analyze existing business requirements and processes.
β’ Generate business requirements through customer interviews and workshops.
β’ Redesign business processes to align with new business requirements.
β’ Gather information, functional specifications, and design criteria from key stakeholders through both oral and written communication.
β’ Document design principles, processes, models, and standards that address business needs and goals.
β’ Engage in enterprise strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews to confirm enterprise strategies and deliverables.
β’ Create and revise technical documentation, including user guides, UAT guides, CSOM, Concept of Operations, Business Case, and Alternatives Analysis deliverables.
β’ Implement industry best practices to benefit the customer.
β’ Execute additional duties as assigned.
β’ A bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Science, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience is required.
β’ At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
β’ Candidates lacking a degree may be considered if they possess a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience.
β’ Strong technical writing abilities, with a knack for clearly articulating requirements and detailed functional specifications.
β’ Capability to develop detailed specifications for complex IT system modernization and improvements in business processes.
β’ Proficient working knowledge of MS Office (Office 365), SharePoint, and Microsoft Visio.
β’ Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scaled Agile (SAFe).
β’ Experience in documenting business requirements, including business requirement specifications (BSR), workflow diagrams, context diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
β’ Understanding of user interfaces and standard GUI approaches.
β’ Proven experience collaborating with business sponsors, product owners, government project managers, development teams, and end users at all levels of the organization.
β’ Must be a U.S. Citizen.
