This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee IT and enterprise projects from initial conception through to final delivery.
• Serve as a bridge between the PMO, business leadership, and stakeholders.
• Create, sustain, and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, resource forecasts, and relevant project documentation.
• Lead project status meetings and relay updates on progress, risks, issues, scope adjustments, and business impacts.
• Administer project plans, status reports, risk assessments, issue logs, change requests, requirements documentation, and traceability matrices.
• Collect, analyze, document, and verify business and functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in organizational change management and propel process and technology transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through business analysis, data-driven insights, industry best practices, and stakeholder input.
• Create and present executive-level presentations, reports, demonstrations, and recommendations.
• Utilize project management and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Planner.
• Collaborate with PMO teams, project teams, and business leaders to promote teamwork, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Travel up to 20% as necessary.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Over 4 years of experience in business process analysis and implementation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Management Certification is preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Business Analysis Certification (e.g., CBAP, ABA, etc.) is advantageous.
• Proven experience in managing and negotiating with stakeholders.
• Skilled in facilitating business discussions, gathering requirements, and conducting discovery sessions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficient problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Planner.
• Familiarity with workflow diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio and Lucid.
• Experience with enterprise-level projects on a large scale.
• E-commerce and SEO experience is a bonus.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Background in IT-centric, distribution, or manufacturing settings is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, which includes prolonged stationary/upright work and occasional bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and reaching.
